Our CSR/Dispatcher perform the tasks of a Customer Service Rep to our customers as well as the duties of a service center Dispatcher.

CSR Job Qualities: Our ideal candidate is an effective communicator; someone who can stimulate, motivate and engage our customers while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.  The ideal candidate would thrive in a high-performance sales culture. This person must be friendly, professional and genuinely interested in the needs of our customers while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to the position's established guidelines and goals. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate effectively with your customers and peers. Since the nature of our phone calls are time-sensitive, the work must be done in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Dispatcher: Much of the same qualities as a CSR but the added assertiveness and confidence to communicate effectively with service technicians. Must be alert to time sensitive calls and be able to multi-task effectively.

 

CSR Job Duties:

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service
  • Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phone
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and txt messages to close out calls for technicians and sales
  • Maintain scheduled calls on the dispatch board, making sure that all calls are scheduled with the appropriate technician and update customers as needed of technicians ETA
  • Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments
  • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments
  • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
  • Other assigned duties as directed by management

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a Call Center environment preferred
  • Must be sales oriented with a HIGH focus on customer service/experience
  • Must be socially focused; "How can I help you?" attitude
  •   Persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling") communication style
  • Type 30+ WPM, and ability to navigate through several internet based applications
  • Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills
  • Dependable and punctual in assigned work schedule

Agents are responsible for taking inbound calls for Goettl Air Conditioning and The Sunny Plumber. Customers will be calling to inquire about pricing, with the possibility of scheduling appointments for technicians to come to their homes.

On a day-to-day basis, you will: 

  • Become familiar with products and services offered.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Communicate with our customers addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to your guidelines and goals.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain an acceptable volume of sales per week and month; and a high percentage of good sales. 
  • Schedule service appointments with customers 
  • Set up accounts/contracts with new customers
  • Provide resolution to customer concerns
  • Route customer calls accordingly based on customer needs
  • Establish rapport with new and existing customers
